1.The CZ purlin machine is installed CZquickly cutting and punching system, purlin in any size can be sheared without changing cutting mold. it's different from traditional cutting device. (Traditional cutting device need to change cutting mold frequently, which wastes much time to exchange cutting mold, also occupy lots of spaces)
2. Convenient purlin size changing system ( Patents)
Time saving, Labour saving,Highly improve production efficiency
Web: can produce any size in range 120-300mm
Flange: can produce any size in range 40-100mm
Lip:can produce any size in range 10-25mm
About changing sizes
(1).Manual type
It means the size of purlin need to be adjusted by hand, workers can swing the handlebar to change
purlin size.
(2). Semi-automatic type
Equipped with such system, pressed down the green button, the purlin channel will move left or right,
it can realize changing purlin size more quickly.
(3). Automatic type
Automatic series machines are equipped with PLC system. Input the parameter of purlin on the PLC
control pannel, then press 'ENT' , the purlin channel will move left or right automatically.
